I’m really happy with these foam mats. I used them in my garage, and they’ve worked perfectly for creating a comfortable workout space. I love that I can fold this up and put it away easily when I’m done with my work out. It’s small and compact. The cushions do not hurt your knees after doing a couple sets, the pads are really nice, but your abs will definitely hurt after using this.
