The gimbal stabilization does a solid job of keeping footage steady even when there’s a light breeze. Flight performance is also very good. The drone feels stable in the air and responds quickly to controls. It includes useful beginner features like altitude hold, one-key takeoff/landing, and a return-to-home function, which makes it much easier for new pilots to learn without worrying about losing the drone. Battery life averages around 22–25 minutes per charge, which is pretty decent compared to other drones in this price range. I would still recommend buying an extra battery if you plan on flying for longer sessions. The only downsides I noticed are that the app interface could be a bit more polished, and the drone struggles slightly in stronger winds. The forecaster accurately displays indoor temperature ranges of 32°F to 122°F 0°C to 50°C and outdoor temperature ranges of -4°F to 140° F -20°C to 60°C using alkaline batteries or -40°F to 140° F -40°C to 60°C using lithium batteries. The forecaster also measures humidity and barometric pressure readings in addition to ice alerts, moon phases, and calendar and clock features. Indoor and outdoor humidity and temperature both feature trend indicators as well as min/max recall.
