Ok, this is just the “coolest” fan…..ever! Looks and operates exactly as it is described. Delivery box and contents arrived in perfect condition. It is pretty heavy! I’ve put up my share of ceiling fans, but opted for a professional installer this time. Glad I did, as he built some much needed support beams in the ceiling, to ensure it was stable. Plan on buying a large medallion to affix to the ceiling. Looks better, IMO… The electrician even needed my assistance to complete the install, so be sure to have some help. Totally worth it! We haven't installed this yet but we did inspect the boxes and everything looks wonderful!! The glass is super thick and has a beautiful frosted look. That said, the assembly process was by far the most frustrating part of this purchase. The instructions were unclear and poorly organized, which made it difficult to understand the correct order of steps. None of the parts were labeled, so a lot of time was spent matching pieces to the diagrams and second-guessing whether things were aligned correctly. What should have been a straightforward build turned into a four-hour project. While Im happy with the grills performance now that its assembled, be prepared for a challenging setup process. Like the quality of the sink. Opened the box and checked for damage upon arrival. I found that the mounting rail for the installation bolts was completely off on one long side and partially off on the other long side. Although I am a bit disappointed I am going to keep the sink and epoxy the rails back in place. This should not be happening with a sink in this price range.
