Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. I had a 2011 Delta hand-held 2.0 gpm shower head. I have only had one shower with this new shower head, and I am very enthusiastic about it. Even though it has the same gpm as the old shower head, the experience is markedly different. I had it on the regular spray setting and felt very stimulated and awake afterwards. I can't wait to try the other settings. The design is a bit clunky, and that's probably because they are trying to get a lot of functionality into a small volume.. Xeen. Portland, OR. The first time I exchanged the unit where I purchased it. Now it's happened to the second unit and I read that it has happened to others. I fear that there will be no end to this. This is going into a guest bathroom renovation and we are using it with the Delta Shower Column and Lahara tub/shower trim. This will give us a rain shower, hand shower and tub where we didn't have a hand shower before. I had a hard time finding a gold finish to match my existing plumbing’s gold finish from the 1990s, but this was a pretty good match. I would describe this gold tone as a slightly muted gold, softer, not so shiny and yellow as my 1990s existing plumbing. Anyway, it worked for my aesthetic and the functionality is great.
