This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. It seems as though these weights will be good for a lightweight workout. While they do weight 90 pounds over all, I worry about the integrity of the plastic they are made of. I am a physical therapist and my husband just had knee surgery so this is amazing for progressing him from a 4" stair to a 6" stair to a standard 8" stair to work on his strengthening as he recovers. Package came damaged but all pieces were undamaged and none were missing. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. Minimal assembly required and very quick to put together. We have the bike on carpet and it is still very sturdy but would be better on a hard surface. We love the different levels of resistance, the ability to customize the seat height and the phone/tablet holder but they cannot have a case on.
