It seems as though these weights will be good for a lightweight workout. While they do weight 90 pounds over all, I worry about the integrity of the plastic they are made of. We got it to add to home made obstacle courses and my son loves it. It’s nice that it is so low to the ground for little ones to practice balance and agility.
