Overall this is a great set and I’m pleased with the quality for the price. I’m only giving four stars because the back cushions are very lightweight and do not have any ties to attach them to the chair back and keep them upright. They are so light that they fall onto you even as you are sitting against them and it’s very annoying and slightly uncomfortable. This chair is very comfortable and a delight. Assembly really requires prior experience with schematics and understanding basic aspects of hardware. However, as the pics show, the upper/seat section is out of alignment with the lower/base portion; it's pushed to one side. That results in the upper frame knocking against the rear black glide "dog bone" part. I don't understand what would cause this skewing. I kept all fasteners not-tight until everything was assembled. This Presidential Rocker is constructed from durable, weather-resistant HDPE plastic. It features clean-cut armrests, a spacious seat, and heavy-duty rocking legs for stable motion. Designed for low maintenance and outdoor use with a 350 lb weight capacity.

These patio rocking chairs looked easy to assemble at first since there weren’t many parts, but it ended up being more work than I expected. The material is HDPE plastic (not real wood like I originally thought), but it does have a wood-like look and feel. The Allen wrench they provide really isn’t enough — some of the holes weren’t fully pre-drilled, and a few had plastic covering them that I had to push through. The long screws are no joke either. Trying to put those in by hand will wear your wrist out fast. Thankfully, my son showed up right in the middle of me working on the first chair and brought an impact driver, which made a huge difference — although that’s still why the first one took me about an hour. The second chair only took around 30 minutes once I had the right tool. That said, the finished chairs are absolutely beautiful, sturdy, and very comfortable — just like the pictures.
