Overall, this is a great-looking product and exactly what I was hoping for in terms of design and concept. Once assembled, it looks clean and fits the space well. The materials feel solid and the finish looks nice from a distance. That said, the experience was knocked down a star due to some quality and packing issues. One of the grass inserts was missing from the box, and several of the wood pieces arrived with noticeable chips and edge damage. Very disappointed with this purchase. It’s advertised as “heavy-duty,” but it’s made of cheap plywood and feels flimsy and unstable once assembled.
