I’m really happy with these foam mats. I used them in my garage, and they’ve worked perfectly for creating a comfortable workout space. The interlocking pieces made installation quick and simple, and they fit together securely without shifting. The 34-inch thickness gives good support and makes workouts more comfortable, especially for bodyweight exercises and yoga. This is a great set for the price. Is does take some time to assemble but I was able to do it over the course of a few days doing a little each day. The phone app you use as a guide is awesome.
