Very disappointed with this purchase. It’s advertised as “heavy-duty,” but it’s made of cheap plywood and feels flimsy and unstable once assembled.
Several pieces did not fit together properly, making assembly frustrating, and the wood was already chipping in multiple areas right out of the box. The finish looks worn and low quality.
I also reached out to customer service and have not heard back, which is frustrating when trying to resolve an issue like this.
