This traditional looking sideboard with adjustable shelves makes a great storage unit for kitchens, living rooms and entryways. It is made of MDF with a wide countertop that is water and moisture resistant and features 4 legs and a center support leg that can hold up to 275 pounds. The two drawers feature metal glides for easy maneuverability, and the cabinets below have adjustable shelves on the inside for easy storage of dishes, tablecloths and utensils, and top space for frequently used items and decorative accessories.

I’m very happy with it. It took a bit of time, but I was slow and cautious and deliberate, and I would say it went together quite easily. There are a couple of little white scuff areas that I need to clean up. There is a gap of maybe a half inch between the two doors on the left. Ideally they would meet. It doesn’t bother me too badly because it still looks black. Hopefully the surface will hold up overtime. The only slight downside is that refilling the water tank takes a bit of maneuvering, so it would have been perfect if the shelf had a little more depth or higher clearance. I have this next to my stove. I have color black. I use it every day. It holds all of my spatulas in the drawer, and the shelf has the toaster. The shelf with the door has my heavy glass bowls. I use the top of the stand for when I am cooking. I have extra room now when I cook to put plates and bowls and the spoon rest. It wipes up well with soap and water. This buffet cabinet is exactly the color and style we wanted but still 3 stars. Why A few things 1. It is not easy to assemble. Thankfully our grandson is a furniture technician and is knowledgeable in reading the instructions (that were not clear) and had the tools and patience to get it done. 2. It took him 3 straight hours to get it done and he knew what he was doing! 3. Although correctly installed, the doors and drawers did not line up (see pictures). This is a very nice cabinet. Drawers and doors work perfectly. Fairly easy to assemble. I selected it to use in my sewing room. I put threads, pins, etc. in the drawer and batting in the bottom shelves with the doors keeping everything neat. The only problem I had with assembly was one of the small drawer knobs would not allow the screw to go in very far. I put some washers in to hold it tight and that worked.
