I ordered this tent for my 12 year old son who loves to go camping. It was nasty weather o outside but he couldn’t wait to set it up so we did inside! It was so easy to pop up that he was able to do it on his own no problem. Obviously we didn’t get to stake it but as you can see it comes with very nice hefty stakes. Since we haven’t tested it in the rain I can’t speak for the rain fly but it is nice that it has one! My 12 year old is around 5’2 and he is very comfortable in it (even with his younger brother). I think a tall man would have a little more trouble being comfortable in this but it is 7ft long. First a note on materials: The fabric IS NOT CANVAS but Oxford fabric. This is not meant as a complaint. The two are very comparable, but if you are set on canvas you should be aware of the substitution. Other than that I am very favorably impressed Setup was straightforward and easy for one person. It holds its shape without sagging after several days. Ventilation with the internal vents open is more than adequate. It has stood up to two days of stormy weather admirably; there have been no issues with it standing up to the wind. As the later pictures show it is dry inside. The last photo shows water beaded up on the outside of the tent. The interior is roomy, and I am able to walk around comfortably. There's sufficient space to sleep several people and their gear or to use it in a less common way. It is currently doing service as a blacksmithy. There is still enough ventilation. There is enough room that the forge is in no danger of melting or burning anything. The fact that the floor can be unzipped means I can stay dry and not have to worry about dropping hot metal on fabric. The price is very reasonable for what I received, and Wayfair's customer service has been exemplary. The only complaint I have is that the raincap for the door does not have a big enough hole to fit over the door support.
