Good solid wood but it comes with so many screws and if you don’t know what you’re doing, you’ll have a really hard time. I’m pretty good at building furniture and I would say this isn’t for beginners to build. Every now and then I would have to stop and really look at the pieces and holes. Some holes were drilled unnecessarily or there would be something slightly off but if you know what you’re doing, it does work out in the end. I also had some help with this piece and it took 1 hour to build. Also, the dents in the shelf only allow for 2.5 pairs of dumbbells. I bought 3 pairs so far and only 1 dumbbell will have a holder for each pair. A bit interesting but overall cute if you’re going for a certain aesthetic. This is such a wonderful upgrade to an old spring very small rebounder (24" wide jump space ) that I had been using for about two months. It basically had no bounce. It was sitting unused. Was given to me by a neighbor years ago. Then I got interested in rebounding again after joining a few Facebook Rebounding groups. I did a lot of research before purchasing this rebounder and this particular size. What a wonderful jump experience I am having. It is so much easier on my body. I feel much more confident on the larger mat which is a 31" jump space. More room to move my legs in all positions. On my smaller one I was hesitant to move much for fear of jumping on the springs. This is a quality rebounder. Very sturdy, was easy to put together. I watched a youtube that helped with that process. I am 67.5 inches tall, 137 lbs. Have size 10.5" feet. 69 years old. I am very active and highly recommend this rebounder. I have not changed the bungees as I have only been jumping on this for a few weeks. I know in time I will change them to see what other type of bounce I can get. This was one of the reasons I wanted to purchase a rebounder with bungees so I could change them up. I don't plan on folding this down. I purchased the folding unit because it was $100 cheaper than the 550PRO which a representative from JumpSport told me they are the same units except it is cheaper to ship the folding unit. I needed some gym flooring for my home gym that is getting slowly put together. These went on sale and are the perfect fit. They ship wrapped and sealed well, have a slightly rubber smell that isnt going to overwhelm you while they air out, and feel great under your feet. The edges piece together nicely however you may have to lift the edge near the corner to lay 2 together so it does press the other down. Again this is not a big deal. Finally putting the floor together is simple, Line up the edges and step, slap, stomp, or use a rubber mallot to get the edges to fit together. A product and wayfair shipped super fast.
