This couch is absolutely beautiful! I am so happy with how the delivery people handled it with care and brought it into my apartments I couldn’t have done it on my own. So… I ordered this ottoman because I saw it at a distant friend’s house. She told me which product number on Wayfair it was. It’s a great looking ottoman. The quality is top notch. Unfortunately FedEx delivered it with the box completely falling apart and dragged it on the pavement concrete and it got dirty. So I was going to just scrub it clean but upon opening it is completely dented in and the red ribbon that they pack with it has totally run all over it. Between the splitting fabric and sinking stuffing after the support straps broke on the bottom, it had to be replaced within just four years. I missed the comfort and style of the original and decided to try purchasing more expensive version that seemed to be better quality. The fabric of this one is considerably more resilient, and there have been no issues during the first eight months of use. The comfort is comparable to my original one. Love this sectional! My order was delivered on time and assembly instructions were easy to follow. I was hesitant to order furniture without trying it out first, but this sofa is firm and comfortable and all connections met up perfectly. I like the versatility of removing sections of seating as it was too large for my space. We measured many times and knew this would be an issue, so prepared for that ahead of time. Tamil and his team delivered, assembled, and cleaned up all within 30 minutes. Highly recommend the assembly when delivered. Sectional itself is the perfect firmness and pillows are very comfortable. Pillows are tinted blue, but it goes perfect with our color scheme. You need the pillows or else it’s a hard, straight backing, but I love the pillows, they go so well with it. Stools in the side of the sectional are equally as firm, so they can be used as foot rests or small seats. Pieces click together easily so anyone can rearrange to their liking. Headrests are at the perfect height. Pushing into place against our hardwood floors did not leave scratches which is amazing.
