Couldn’t have come out any better, so adding an extra king pillow to each of the 3 back pillows is the magic and I also inserted smaller ones to the 2 armrest pillows. This furniture is cute and comfy. The frame is strong. The bottom cushions does not come off. It was worth the price. The top cushions can be removed and the cushion covers do come off if needed. It’s a very sturdy couch, short compared to a real couch, but as expected when reading the dimensions. I picked it because a lot of the reviews said that the cushions were firm and not soft and I wanted to ensure it lasted me the 3 years I’d be int rh little apartment I was in. I will say it IS more firm than I expected, almost 3 years and haven’t softened up any, but I prefer that over them flattening out and becoming thin and very uncomfortable.
