I’ve owned the fridge for about 3 weeks and it is a solid upgrade. PROS: It looks great and elevates the look of the kitchen to gourmet. The water/filter quality is top tier and the auto sense fill feature saves time when filling up a glass or a measuring cup. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. The interior configuration doesn't inherently work for 12-pack soda storage; so you’ll have to pull them out of the box or sacrifice door space. Charonfinds. Sun Apr 05 2026

I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! I couldn’t order it anywhere without waiting over 5 to 6 months. The inside drawer within the freezer drawer had a small piece broken. But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fantastic upgrade to my kitchen! It looks sleek, fits well in my space. It was easy to install took about 15 minutes total from the time it was brought inside. I love the safety button feature to turn the burners on. The flames come out with so much more pressure than my previous stove with this I have to get used to the quicker cooking times and actually being able to cook at the right levels. It takes about 5 minutes total preheat the oven, I especially love the air fry and basket feature! The app was easy to connect to, it was actually pretty instant.
