I bought this refrigerator 2 months ago and already the print proof coating is ruined. There are smiles and scratches all over. I have tried everything mentioned online to remove them and it only gets worse. Will a metal polish help or do I have to purchase a new door?. Lindamce. Sat Feb 28 2026

This is a great product. I like the appearance. noise level and capacity. It has worked great from the moment I plugged it in. Most of all I appreciate the installation service. The workers were very professional. They moved the unit to a second story, two flights of stairs with a 180 degree corner turn. They unpacked the unit, put it in place, and the rest is history. This refrigerator is very stylish. We bought a counter depth.They are smaller but this one is very well appointed. The drawers slide so nice. Has a Deli drawer and a Butter keeper. Which most refrigerators no longer have. Helps to keep everything organized.The freezer has 2 drawers and really nice wire shelves on the door that bend out. We've had a Bosch dishwasher for over 10 years and have never had a problem, so I was leaning towards believing the "hype" that accompanies this brand in the U.S. I bought the Bosch. This thing is somehow dignified. It looks almost regal shoved into its little corner of our kitchen. It's quiet, the icemaker actually works without scaring the entire household with little grinding explosions every 45 minutes and the temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer stay consistent. Beautiful Refrigerator. I lowered my initial review as a wiring issue showed up two years in. The manufacturer was very supportive, helped us by sending the part at no cost and directed the appliance repair person. It ended up being an easy fix for less than $100.
