I was so impressed with how carefully this was packaged. The instruction sheet was impressive too, written instructions and color pictures. Sometimes I needed both and other times it was pretty obvious what went where. It was relatively easy to assemble and took about 25 minutes alone. The chair is so comfortable, a nice wide seat, high back and the lumber rest is nice. The material is soft and should be easy to keep clean. There are some scratches on the seat, may be made from glue or the manufacturing machine I havent been able to remove them as of yet but its ok. I love the recline on this gamer chair. I feel like I can sit in it for hours. The footrest will come in handy when I am playing on a big screen and pull the chair away from my desk and PC. Love, love, love the color highlights. The only challenge I ran into was with the armrests—the included hex wrench made it a bit difficult to reach tighter spaces. A longer, screwdriver-style hex tool would make that part much easier. I chose not to install the footrest since I already use a separate one, but everything else came together smoothly. All of the features work perfectly, including the height adjustment and reclining lock mechanism, which is a great touch for comfort during long work sessions. The spa is great, kind of wish i had bought the smaller version. The laydown areas is not as comfortable as I thought it would be and I have to hold myself in it to get a bit of a massage. Wish there were less jets but stronger massage jets if that makes sense. Donna. HI. Tue Dec 10 2024

I decided to buy the chair because it is made for gamers. I do not play games but I sit for hours without getting up, and my back is bad so sitting for any length of time is difficult. I also have a neck fusion so I have to be careful with the position of my head while working to avoid migraines from too much stress on my functioning disc. The chair has more movement than a regular office chair, it raises higher than an office chair, so I am level with my computer screen and my neck is not stressed from looking up. The chair has an attachable lumbar pillow and head support.
