Even after my misunderstanding of the "delivery date" that was NOT to the home but the warehouse AND THEN that next day, the truck arrived with my new washer. I am really sorry for being antsy but the deliver guys were so nice and today I am doing the wash like a normal person. The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite. It fits way more than we expected and we can load full dinner sets with bigger pots and pans without having to play Tetris. The rack layout makes it easier to organize everything and nothing tips over or shifts around. Performance has been solid everytime even with heavier meals, the dishes come out spotless. The auto open dry feature actually makes a difference too since everything comes out dry and ready to put away. It also runs really quiet which I love! It is well built with a stainless steel interior but unfortunately the outside seems like it can but scratched up so be careful! Although it isn’t a big deal to us since it’s just cosmetic. I’ve tried all the modes and buttons all the different washes and I can honestly say this is a great dishwasher.. but it’s not perfect. Let’s start with my I love.. it’s quiet.. it’s powerful.. a one hour wash is in most cases sufficient and I love that it opens at the end of the wash, so the steam comes out and the dishes dry nicely. What I don’t like is the interior organization and the way door closes. The interior racks are not spaced out properly for maximum loading. I bought this washing machine in december of 2025 from a retailer and I really don't like it. It does not clean well, I have pets and pet hair stays on my clothes. This the worst washer I have ever owned. So noisy. Does not spin as well as my old one that was 25 years old. Fabric softener spots on my dark clothes. No option for a deep rinse/fill for colours. Doors are gorgeous and very heavy duty. But as another user stated not user friendly for someone that wants to use same door to get in and out of the shower. We have a left hand drain and either have to set the doors up so that water comes out between them to open the way we want or use the back door to get in and the front door to get out.
