Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). This has worked well for us. Way to out together and produces a great compost. One thing to note is that the compost can rest on the bottom ledge inside which can make it difficult to open the doors. Gorgeous faucet! Goes fantastically with the Elements Vessel Sink. Has a modern but elegant look and the design is well balanced. Water flows wonderfully, has a nice arc and doesn't shoot out to far. Only issue, water doesn't always drain from channel because interior of channel is a bit rough. I wouldn't use with a low sided vessel, you might get water bounce off the sink. Only thing that would have made it better is a little Hot/Cold direction on the handle, you have the tendency to pull it forward for hot but that's cold. I'm really pleased with this purchase!!! P.S.
