very easy to assemble. no tools needed cept for the allen wrench provided. the only draw back for me was it reclines way too much when you sit in it. there is a tension wheel ( so to speak) under the seat where you adjust how much it reclines. i tightened it as much as i could & i still think it reclines too much. but now i'm just careful not to rock too far back cause the 1st time i did , (before i tightened the wheel) i almost fell backwards. just be careful when you 1st sit in it! other than that, so far its a great chair. the speakers are good.. I have never had a batch disposal before. I have always had the traditional ones that require a switch to turn on. The only real issue (and its not much of one) is with how our sink is in the kitchen island there isn't a good spot to set the plunger when not in use other than in the sink itself. It is powerful and I am really happy how well it does its job. There is no flap that covers the opening to the drain like on traditional disposals. I thought this would be an issue having it open and silverware falling in. With our drain off to the right it really has not been a problem. Although I did have a fork fall into it the fact that the disposals "neck" between the sink and the bottom is long so the fork never fully fell into the disposal it just stood straight up. Also not having that flap covering the disposal makes it much easier to see at a glance if anything has made its way in that should be there. It is noisy but not bad, just as I expected as from traditional. I like the safety of it not turning on unless the plunger is in. We have young kiddos. Just makes me feel better.
