Installation is not beginner-level. You’re dealing with plumbing inside the wall, so plan accordingly or hire it out. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. Water pressure is fantastic. The rain shower can be tilted which is great for someone short. The handheld being able to be moved gives you more control on where the water hits you. The knob can be a bit tricky when getting the water temp right but you get use to it. The install was a bit challenging for the contractor but overall great support from the manufacturer. Tooba.
