We researched swing sets for so long. We read so many reviews and stressed over it. We finally went with this one because it had a lot going on but was also compact for our small space. We absolutely love it. It looks incredible. There are so many things to do on it and it looks so beautiful. Someone even asked me if it was the stock photo! We bought this for our 6 year old and she loves it. My husband and I (well, mostly him) put it together ourselves and while it took quite a while (because there's like 8000 pieces to it), the instructions were surprisingly clear. Some of the wood was warped and didn't fit together very we, but with a few tweaks we got it to work. Make sure there's a strong person available on delivery day because the driver needed my husband's help to get it off the truck. No way I would have been able to move those boxes. For example, one page called for a part that was not in the specified box, and at the bottom of the page it said “hint look in this box for this part”…. We love scavenger hunts, but there is a time and a place. Also, there were not enough of certain screwsbolts, and too many of others. We had to go out and buy more. Pretty good. You need minimum two ppl to put this together but 3 is a bonus. We didnt have any trouble. It is more for the older kids than littles. My daughter is just turning 7 and seems just at the right age. She likes playing camp under the hammock. Overall a really good climbing dome. This is a great play set once it’s assembled. Directions are long and vague. Lots of parts. Took a handyman the day to put together.
