I have two of these - the first is connected to the gutter downspout and the overflow tube on that one is connected to the second barrel. The first barrel is elevated above the second. My grey is very happy and I can put in more toys and a giant rope boing for her to hang out on. Once I get the new wheels (the stock ones are fine, it's just my preference) I'll add the seed guard..
