If I could change anything, it would be to make it more easy to work friendly. My pans do not come clean, the food is off but the stain rings are on sides and bottom. Also, the highly durable color finish resists scratches and peeling. The gasket and metal ring are not dishware safe. Do not use abrasive brushes and sponges. Hand washing is recommended. The gasket is not suitable for contact with 100% fatty substances. For a correct use it is recommended never to fill up to the brim but to reach a maximum of about 5 cm from the edge of the bottle.
