I got this pan set for our pop up camper this summer. The different pan sizes are perfect for a variety of cooking. Comes with 2 handles that securely attach, and then detach easily. I havent used them to cook with yet but I expect that as long as I keep up on washing them after each use, the bottoms will stay free of stains for a while. Given that my house has a horribly messy pots and pans cabinet, I may consider perchasing stacking pans for home as well. Its very organized. The ceramic coating seems very durable but it does say to use softersilicone utensils with them. I do not think one should leave the handles attached while cooking (only when moving the pan).. Wow! I bought these because we recently moved to a house with a glass top electric stove and my old pots and pans said not to use on glass top electric or induction. My last set was a cheap set - also from Wayfair but since we just bought our first home I wanted a good, quality set that will last.
