Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. Good build. Purchased 2018 from Lowe’s. Second and third purchases from Wayfair over the past year. This IS the grill you want if you don’t want flame ups. The refrigerators are really really solid.
