My contractor who installed it for our bathroom remodel was very impressed by the quality and the ease of installation with some extra modification for the sprayer. All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. In other wards when brackets were installed the bar had space on each side (said it was acceptable) Brackets for adjusting the rollers slightly on cheap side and caused me to scratch the protective coating but will mever see water.. The rainfall head gives a nice, even coverage, and the handheld is useful without feeling like an afterthought. Pressure is consistent, and the temperature control is stable once set. Installation is not beginner-level. You’re dealing with plumbing inside the wall, so plan accordingly or hire it out.
