It has a large capacity. I was worried that it wouldn’t hold as much as my prior front loaders, LG mega capacity. I was happily mistaken. And the footprint is smaller! This set holds everything I washed before and it’s more efficient. Washes & dries quickly, without damaging on the AI cycles. I love all the preset options and the auto soap and softener dispensers. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. This is the perfect size if you like doing large load. I am so hard on my washer and dryer. This fits so much in one wash. I can wash blankets in this washer! A big plus because I have a dog.
