Greenhouse arrived intact and well packaged. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the green house and its parts all were neatly packaged in a black carry bag with straps. It's a great size for the price! And wasn't hard for a 5'7 somewhat strong woman to put together alone (even putting the cover on wasn't so bad). I used a wrench to tighten the bolts but that was the only tool needed. I took one star off because one of the side rods came bent almost into the right shape but not quite, so I couldn't attach it. We were able to build it fairly easily BUT we had a few parts that were not the correct size. We are waiting for the manufacturer to contact us regarding replacement of the 2 roof vents which were about 6inches too short. One of the corner frames was too short by about an inch as well. we were able to make this work by drilling a different hole but it was incredibly frustrating to deal with. I think we were unlucky enough to get a box that had been previously opened. Many of the parts were dented, though not beyond use, and it was not really obvious that they were until we started putting the poly panels into the frames. If the manufacturer makes this right, by replacing the vents, I would probably give it 4 stars. I am very excited to have it completed and it is quite sizable. My husband is 6ft1 and is able to walk around the majority of the space without ducking. I am 5ft4 and can stand at the shortest side without ducking. Update!! First of all very difficult to read instructions. It came instead of being black with clear polycarbonate or came as green supports with white poly. Whole structure is very flimsy and even with it all together still not very sturdy. Took me 20 hours over 5 days to finally get it together. I bought two. Second was easier to put together than the first, but it wasn't difficult. So, tomorrow I put the plants in. Planting a little late but we have a warm fall also. It is light so I will have to tie down. I could glue the joints too, but I want to store away during winter. It turned out pretty nice for the price. We have a couple of spots that are damaged- one seam was apart and the Velcro strap came off when strapping around the bottom. I like the greenhouse a lot. But, it is not easy to put together, and it doesn't come with instructions. They have a few videos, but those also leave out some important parts of the process. It would be a lot easier if they even included a list of where each part should go, and how they all should line up. They didn't seem well set up for delivery. The package, on one overstuffed pallet, didn't fit very well in the truck, and some edges got a little dinged up when the delivery people were trying to get it off the truck using the liftgate. Finished project was beautiful. Not NOT Company’s fault but the shipping people really smashed up the boxes and caused little nicks in the plastic glass. Still turned out nice. We added a paver floor by adding sand under the pavers and finishing with paver sand for the top. We wet paver sand let dry and swept off excess.
