It took 1 month to receive the tub. It was delivered damaged and took 2 weeks to have it removed from my driveway. It then took an additional 2 months from my original delivery date to receive the replacement. After many phone calls, I did receive some money off. Since I was replacing an older hot tub, the install was vey easy. Now that I have it up and running, I’m in it almost daily. I can’t say enough good things about this tub. Initially, I thought the chair from Valencia was too expensive. when I made the purchase, it was totally worth it! Not only does it look stunning, it is also extremely comfortable and supportive for sitting for extended periods of time… which i do a lot.
