I used the Prizm Tiles in my kitchen backsplash and it completely changed the space. I mixed the white matte, white glossy, and the iridescent hologram pieces, and the way the light hits them is insane. During the day it looks clean and bright, and at night the glossy and hologram tiles really reflect under the cabinet lighting. The finished product is beautiful but buyer beware…this product is extremely labor intensive. The metal tiles are ceramic with a metal overlay, which causes a problem with cutting. There is only a small circle of glue holding them together and the metal pops off upon cutting and needs to be glued back on. This happened roughly 50 times during our project.. Shana. This was just what I was looking for in actual marble - not ceramics or porcelain. The textured pieces along with the glossy prices (at least on the white carrara version of these tiles) were perfect for my shower floor as the textured tiles have great grip for wet barefeet =). Was very easy to layout - and make final cuts. If you are DIYing like me - take your time - I put on painters tape on the back mesh and face of the tile prior to making my cuts on the harbor freight tile saw. It was on the tape I made my measure marks and slowly made the cuts with little to no chipping - Thank youtube for all the tips! What you see is literally the tile just as I finished grouting and super happy with the results - should be finished with this little project in a few weeks as the shower glass is taking forever to deliver :(.
