So far this set is great! I didn't realize when I got it that it says it's for low to medium heat and suggests use under 450 degrees. Cooking with this set has been so quick and easy. The pots and pans heat up quickly and the food cooks so well. Everything just slides out of the pans which makes cleaning a breeze. I have yet to have anything stick to them. I especially love the smaller pot. Not every set comes with a pot that size and it's something I use quite often. The lid handles do get quite hot and I have to use something to lift them off but it's not a huge inconvenience. Overall, I am pleased with this set and love the way food cooks and ease of cleaning..
