In fact the only thing that I can say negative about the Wayfair experience was the shipping and inventory! Inside the box is a large foam with cutouts for the pieces you assume it's all there but would be nice to have an inventory sheet, the reason is due to the way our product was delivered by FedEx. The parcel had definitely been open cause the label was completely torn and box ripped. The package in my opinion was not prepared correctly for making a trip from California to Maine by any means. I am sending along a photo of the box that arrived no tape, straps nothing but a torn label to gain access to the product inside. The shipping is a whole other issue but as far as the shower assembly you will be very pleased with looks as well as the metal parts in whatever finish you choose ours happened to be black!.
