This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. I have purchased the no name filters before. I can honestly say that I get better tasting water and the filter lasts longer with the namebrand. UPDATE I bought this cord for the range picture above and it absolutely did not work. The cord itself I’m sure is great but not meant for this range. Which I’m not an electrician nor have I installed anything so I’m sure someone with those skills would have noticed prior to ordering this. I did get a refund from Wayfair on this product which was so sweet! I ended up buying a 30-amp rangedryer cord from Lowe’s As for now, I’ll rate this 5 stars because it was extremely fast shipping and it’s undamaged. Im currently waiting for the range that I bought this for (from Wayfair as well) but there’s no shipping information on it even though I bought it at the same as this cord.
