Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This Lotus Multi-Function Cooker and Dutch oven is a beast of a kitchen tool. It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother needed a new faucet for her kitchen and this was exactly the style she wanted! We liked the brushed nickel as it doesn't show fingerprints or soap spots as much! This was very easy to install, had all the necessary parts included, and liked that it included the plate for perfect match. I do think it was unnecessarily tall. A few inches shorter and it still would've been great. It's nice when having to do large tasks in the kitchen sink like washing large soup pots or even pup baths for the shih tzus!
