Overall, this is a great-looking product and exactly what I was hoping for in terms of design and concept. Once assembled, it looks clean and fits the space well. The materials feel solid and the finish looks nice from a distance. That said, the experience was knocked down a star due to some quality and packing issues. One of the grass inserts was missing from the box, and several of the wood pieces arrived with noticeable chips and edge damage. It’s disappointing to open a new product and immediately notice cosmetic flaws, especially at this price point. Very disappointed with this purchase. It’s advertised as “heavy-duty,” but it’s made of cheap plywood and feels flimsy and unstable once assembled. Several pieces did not fit together properly, making assembly frustrating, and the wood was already chipping in multiple areas right out of the box. The finish looks worn and low quality. I also reached out to customer service and have not heard back, which is frustrating when trying to resolve an issue like this. The power cable isn't very long, so you’ll need an extension cord depending on your setup. Stability is another drawback; it doesn’t come with enough stakes and can tip over even in light wind.
