I have two large rooms that are 30 x 50 so I have 2 duraheat 10000 watt heaters. They are strong enough to keep temps steady in an insulated area even when it is below freezing outside . It holds pretty steady without the turning on and off. Even when on Eco mode. - There's no added moisture in the air, the room doesn't feel clammy and gross when the AC is running. It's comfortable. The noise is not bothersome at all! The unit is heavy so keep that in mind for installation but it’s a lovely unit! It’s summer so it’s a good timing for the ac.
