I have two large rooms that are 30 x 50 so I have 2 duraheat 10000 watt heaters. They are strong enough to keep temps steady in an insulated area even when it is below freezing outside . The Harvia 8kW electric heater can start right away, or you can delay the start time up to eight hours—go about your day or go to sleep and the sauna will be hot when you are ready to get in.
