My two kitties love their new space! We have two 9 months old kitties that we rescued when they were 3 12 weeks old. They are indoor cats but we wanted to give them a safe sanctuary when are not home. I put the structure together myself and it probably would have gone quicker if I had help but I took my time and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house. I have a 7 year old boxer who has never been comfortable going into the pool…I spotted this and am thrilled with the idea of offering her this option. It shipped quickly and with no issues. Once the box is opened I found it wrapped in a great draw string bag which will be good for storage in between seasons. It is a heavy thick material that is definitely designed for dog pawsnails. I love this vacuum. It works great. The only thing is the cord will get stuck in the bottom of the vacuum if you’re not careful while using. This is a quality made cat scratcher, which my cat only uses as a perch. I discovered that she does not use scratching posts (she uses the area rugs for her scratching needs). But I need to mention that the base shouldve been made larger, as it almost toppled over the first time my small cat jumped up on the perch, and it spooked her. You could maybe secure it to a wall for stability, although it doesnt come with any hardware to do that with. Or put a heavy object in the middle of the base to make it more secure. My cat has since learned to jump on the perch from the bed, which is a little bit higher than the perch. Bottom line is, unless you can make it more stable, I wouldnt recommend this scratcher if your cat is large and a zealous scratcher, or older and has trouble jumping up (thus, the danger of pulling it over on itself, like mine almost did). It would have been really nice if an outdoor waterproof varnish had been added as this piece is large and hard to move about and will be outdoors in all weather conditions. Appears to be relatively heavy-duty and well made. It is certainly long enough to serve as we expected for our old fat beagle to use to get up into my truck, on the couch and possibly onto the bed again. Rocky has arthritis in his hips and we do a lot of lifting of his aft end to get him up the back steps, into the truck and onto the couch. The ramp is long enough to make the grade favorable and not so steep he cannot negotiate most "climbs" as needed. The ramp is very compact when collapsed, yet quite strong when extended for use.
