The gas plug (TM) door can be closed while the appliance remains hooked up. It is manufactured with an extra safety feature that ensures the gas supply is shut off before an appliance can be disconnected, which along with the lockable door provides the owner with peace of mind and a clean method of concealing pipes and valves.
