We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. I love Zline products, affordable luxury! But this fridge is very tall and very shallow. It still works great, but I wish it wash deeper so it could hold more items, and I have to use a stool to reach the top shelf.
