Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet. We currently have 6 of these in our 92K sq. ft. office building and as the person who takes care of these I can tell you that when they are working they are a great asset. After 5 years of being installed we are consistently having problems with 2 of them turning off. After replacing every single electrical component including the dedicated outlets that these are plugged into we are still having problems.
