Wayfair customer service was like in the "good ol' days". Happy to do business with Wayfair. The product is good quality. But the manufacturer could do its end users a real favor by making very clear that one unmarked screw should NOT be removed. All it would take would be a little sticky note on the piece. Instead the manufacturer chooses to sell you a replacement part ($34).
