Aluminum

This parallel arm bracket suits all models of Global Door Controls TC2200 series of door closers. It can be used with any surface mounted closer where the arm has no shoe and have a ball socket with diameter of 3/8 in. Each of our brackets are specific to door closer series, making the selection easier and smoother. This bracket makes it possible for the closer arm to extend almost parallel to the door. Further more, no hardware is visible coming past the frame of the door. This item is available in two finishes: Aluminum and Duronodic.

Duronodic

The Global Door Controls TC411 series have a full selection of accessories to accommodate the requirements of any door application. This series meet the performance standards of Grade 1 and ADA compliant door closers. Items are highly recommended for commercial applications, especially when there's a modern new renovation. They're constructed from solid aluminum for more strength and durability. Moreover, the spring tension is adjustable and comes in sizes 1-4. Items are available in two finishes : Aluminum and Duronodic. This model carries a 5 Year mechanical warranty to be the guarantee for our clients.

This spring door hinge is heavy duty! Everything is included in the one box. I chose the antique brass - the color is true as shown in Wayfair photos! This hinge is more than I expected. The spring mechanism is thick and heavy, promising years and years and years of dependable use. Was a bit unsure if this door holder would be suitable for my needs, but was pleasantly surprised. There is enough resistance from the magnet to hold the door open and have a little resistance when closing, but not enough to make it hard to close the door. It does make a clicking noise when the door swings open, but it doesn’t bother me. I did opt to use my own double sided tape instead of the screws on the floor piece which has worked well. The low profile is a nice feature and works well with our robot vacuum. I wish the catch on the floor was the same color as the rest of the door holder, but overall it doesn’t bother me.. Amanda.
