After researching a lot of options, I chose this safe due to its greater capacity to resist higher temperature fires and standing for several days in water, as well as its certification for holding small firearms. it's a compact size with a heavy-duty design. It's helpful to have the bolt-down kit that will deter anyone from attempting to remove the safe from its location. Bought AX-25 to reseal my pool deck and lanai. This stamped concrete deck has to be resealed every 2-3 years. Used tint from another company (very good stuff). However, I decide to give Foundation Armor a try for sealing. I am very pleased and find this to give a better appearance than the sealant I used before from the tint provider. Color and size are variable because these are natural hide rugs. I had to order it twice to get close to the advertised size. I loved the color of the first rug but it arrived over a foot shorter than advertised. Wayfair made the exchange easy. I had them check the sizing before shipping a second rug.
