The Armor LV25 also doubles as a cure and seal and can be applied to new concrete. The Armor LV25 is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is non-yellowing, breathable, and has low VOC. The protective high gloss film will reduce damage and deterioration caused by surface abrasion and water absorption including cracking, spalling, pitting, dusting, and the growth of mold, mildew, and algae.
