Fabulous drapes of very high quality! A “10” for the product itself. However, your INSTALLATION pricing policy for curtains/drapes is unacceptable. Currently, a customer who purchases drapes must pay a separate Installation charge PER PANEL! That is absurd. Please price your curtain/ drape Installation either “per window” , or at least include TWO (2) panels in the Installation charge, with a reasonable add-on fee per panel (3 or more) for the same window. It’s very well made and solid. It’s large and beautiful. However, the top portion (3 spinner elements) are fixed to the angle you put it in the ground.
