Soooo I think I saw that it was white and assumed it was painted and ready to go, but it does need to be painted. It is primed, but if you look at the closeup you can see it is unfinished. Needs a light sanding and paint. It is beautiful though. I ordered a barn door from Wayfair from a different maker and it came fully boxed, whereas this one came wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic and had boxing only at the top and bottom and was missing the rail to mount it. The first door I ordered was damaged in transit and it didn’t even make it to me before being returned to Wayfair. A couple weeks after I ordered it, I messaged Wayfair and they went ahead and ordered a replacement that was here in 2 days. Always choose Wayfair for their incredible customer service. I think I have purchased over 24 of these chairs. We love them. They hold up great. They can hold up to 350lbs. This makes it nice for our heavier guests. The last two had a defective part. But, no problem. I sent a picture and they are mailing me replacements. I don't think I will every purchase a different outside chair. They are very comfortable and I like the swivel.. Mary.
