PRO: + Track is very rigid and maintains shape across big span + Painting and finish was perfect (white) + The glides are excellent, glide easily across large space + Ceiling mount was perfect, allow mounting very close/tight to ceiling. singe screw holds mount in-place, and allows easy removal. I didn't need wall mount, but the hardware was really good quality. CON: - No instructions on ceiling mount (had only instructions for wall mount) - No slice connector included. I think I have purchased over 24 of these chairs. We love them. They hold up great. They can hold up to 350lbs. This makes it nice for our heavier guests. The last two had a defective part. But, no problem. I sent a picture and they are mailing me replacements. I don't think I will every purchase a different outside chair. They are very comfortable and I like the swivel.. Mary.
